Turtle Ridge ORV Park

On beautiful Drummond Island about 1hr from Mackinaw. Turtle Ridge offers trails from mild to axle breaking wild. The park is associated with the Drummond Island Resort and Conference Center. If the gate is closed simply call the resort at 906-493-1000 and they will send someone to open the gate. The ORV park is comprised of two sections. One features more rocky terrain and the other more muddy. The park is open in the summer and fall and costs $20 per day per vehicle plus $5 per additional driver.

Getting There
The park is accessed by taking a car ferry from Detour, Michigan, on the East end of Michigan's upper penninsula to Drummond Island. From there take the main Island Road, Rt. M134 (7.7 miles) to blinking light at 4-way stop (Four Corners). Turn left and go 1.5 miles to next 4-way stop. Turn right onto Maxton Road and follow it 2.9 miles to the resort entrance on your left.
